Dinosaur Week

We had a great week learning about dinosaurs.  We read Nate the Great and the Lost Stamp.
Then, we searched for dinosaur bones, made Dinosaur Chow, and learned amazing sizes of dinosaurs.  Students were excited each day to share what they learned.

I love to see the children picking up a book to read.  My heart fills with joy to see these students develop the love and joy of reading.  I thought you might enjoy these cute snap shots as much as I did.  Happy reading first grade!!
Angel Choir

What a blessing the Angel Choir has been this year.  The Angel Choir sang at the Holiday Market,  Cancer Center, Trinity Church, and Spring Concert.  These sweet angels are a blessing to anyone who hears them.

Tah-Tah Day

Exciting things are going on at the Friendly Frog Pad.  We enjoyed celebrating the book
Ira Sleeps Over with Tah-Tah Day.  Students brought their Tah-Tahs to school and wore pajamas.  The day's activities included a Tah-Tah parade, writing Tah-Tah stories, and eating popcorn with our Tah-Tahs.
