Let's Pretend Hospital

Let's Pretend Hospital

We had a fabulous day! Thank you to our drivers and students.  The students loved visiting the Let's Pretend Hospital. Thank you Baptist Health for helping create a positive experience of a hospital visit.  The students were shown a "pretend" surgery room, patient check in and out procedure,  x-ray room, therapy dogs, patient rooms, stethoscope listening, nursery room, emergency room, ambulance, and much more.                                                                                                                                       Please click here to view the pictures:https://photos.app.goo.gl/TP5OBJgUddw03lMA2

ARRR Pirate Day

We invited Captain SmARRty to help us learn the AR sound.  Students enjoyed finding AR treasures, making Captain SmARRty and AR words, and other ARRR activites.  We completed our day by counting 262 pieces of bubble gum in the estimation jar!  It's always a great day in first grade!
