First Day 2020-2021

We had a fabulous first day of school.  These Friendly Frogs rocked first grade.  Students read a "First Day of School" poem and dicussed how we had butterflies in our tummies before our first day.  Then, we created beautiful butterflies.  Students listened to a book titled Marvelous Me .  We talked about the marvelous person God created us to be even if we look a "little" like someone else (since we do have twins)!  We also talked about all of the marvelous things God created us to do.  Students created self portraits of the marvelous person they are designed to be.  I am thankful that we are at school learning and growing together!  This is such a marvelous group!
