We are loving building our community and learning about reading, math, and writing. Thank you to everyone that came to PTO night. The students loved their notes from you. They didn't want to erase them! We have been working on sentence writing and creating five star sentences. The students are working so hard. At the end of the week we read Iggy Peck, the Architect. Students learned about a young boy that used his imagination and creativity to build and construct at any chance he found. School was hard for Iggy because he liked to build rather than his lessons. Eventually, Iggy became a famous architect of some very important buildings. Then, we headed to the STEM Lab to use our imagination and creativity to design and construct. The students were a little amazed at their skills...I was too!
